5,0 von 5 Sternen Fantastic, with many excellent examples
This book is an amazing collection of practices within lean & agile (and Scrum). While targeting scaling, these are valuable for single site users too. These are very practical slices from many projects with many applicable components. The wide array of experiments that Craig and Bas have collected here is of tremendous value, and done in a way that is not imposing their solutions on any other context. The strong message is to facilitate the teams to consider what works for them, whether it be these ideas, variants, or something else entirely. These often include WHY they an idea was successful or not, which greatly helps in understanding how it might fit in a given context. If you're serious about using lean and agile concepts, I highly recommend this book. (NOTE ABOUT THE COMPANION: I also recommend the companion book, but unlike a prior reviewer, I highly recommend this even without the prior... but you are missing out if you don't also read the other.)

5,0 von 5 Sternen Info and idea packed.
A fascinating read, with lots of ideas,
pragmatic, at times provocative.
Extremely think, and full of cross references and practical advice of what to try, what to watch out for and what to avoid.
Helped me sound authoritative :)
(and made good impression when I got it out of my bag in interviews ;)
